Product Description :
A powder coated CablePath device specially design with ready opening for cables to pass through easily and will automatically seal off in even of fire thus contain fire from spreading to difference compartment. It allow cables to be added or pass through at anytime without the needs of destroying and redo the fire stopping like the conventional fire stopping system.
Application :
CablePath device is suitable for infrastructures services that require frequent modification such as network cable and communication cables thus suitable for use in Telecommunication station, Data Centres and any other industries that adding equipment with new cable penetration is a frequent even but rigorous remover of walls and floor for penetration is forbidden.

Installation :
Concrete Floor:
Prepare form work or use 50mm thk 150kg/m3 mineral wool as shuttering panel fitted to the required depth. Prepare holes on the form work or mineral wool for the CablePath to penetrate. Fill the remaining area with Firestop compound to the required thickness. After the Fire stop compound is cure, remove the form work if it is a combustabl material.
Brick wall:
Prepare an opening to the size of the CablePath that require to pass through. Insert the CablePath through the opening and Seal the gap between the wall and the CablePath with either Firestop compound or Instumescent Sealant.
Lightweight wall:
Prepare an opening to the size of the CablePath that require to pass through. Insert the CablePath through the opening and Seal the gap between the wall and the CablePath with Instumescent Sealant. Then close the mounting bracket againts the wall.
Tested to :
BS476 Pt 22:1987 up to 4 hours.
Packing:
6 nos per box.
